This-N-That

Due to continued and lingering pneumonia, there's not a whole bunch to tell from pretty much the ENTIRE month of January. Oh, I am certain that there were things happening, but this girl didn't have a clue about what the rest of the family was doing. Maybe I'll eventually learn what went on while I was napping. For now, ignorance is bliss.

I "think" I am finally better after multiple rounds of antibiotics and inhalers. It just feels good to be out of bed!

Now for the totally unrelated "news" from the month of January:
The barista at S-bucks needs to learn to spell. "Dug" Really?! Duh!

Another shot of coffee? We must frequent S-bucks too many times each month... Liesey is modeling the latest fashion in orthopedic boots. Our dancer has been sidelined from dancing after spraining her ankle while kickboxing. At least she's still smiling.

Our son rescued a kitten from the woods near his workplace. We have not been able to agree on a name, so we all call this lil' guy whatever we want.

Some of the most frequently used monikers are:
Derpy
Little Orange Kitty
Lil' Fluff
Toulouse
Or-an-gee
Mr. Mango
Towsers
Dreamsicle
Clementine
Hey, You!

After a trip to the vet, we learned that the kitten is only four months old. Just look at that face... We just "HAD" to keep him. (according to our youngest)

Our artsy girlie made this ceramic mask at school -- of course, it's purrfect!

Wash day is always a treat when Jemima commandeers the laundry basket as her own personal cat bed. At least she didn't curl up on the clean laundry.

Yes, you know it's a slow news month when the majority of the photos are of cats. Here's hoping that February will be a wee bit more eventful.
